Licensed ministry

Since the year 2000 new attendance counting methods have been introduced across the Church of England and statistical information has been linked with digitally mapped parish boundaries.

The latest edition of the Church Statistics 2010/11 continues to expand measures of participation and affiliation collected by Church of England dioceses, parishes and cathedrals. This publication provides more detailed geographical evidence of the continued involvement of the Church of England in the everyday lives of men, women and children.

Summary file

The publication Church Statistics 2009/10 presents a summary of comparable details for attendance, membership and finance information in their geographical
context.  The Ministry tables are available within the full version of Church Statistics publication with a set of individual tables being made available throughout the year.
