Clergy Discipline Appeal Rules
These rules (S.I. 2005 No. 3201), governing appeal proceedings
under the Clergy Discipline Measure 2003, came into force on 1st
January 2006 and may be accessed in full on the OPSI website here. The various standard forms provided in
