November 2010 Group of Sessions
Report of Proceedings: November 2010
Volume 41 Number

How do I find what I'm looking for?
Although you will find the traditional Contents Page and Index
in the electronic Report of Proceedings, by far the best way to
move around the online document is to use the 'Bookmarks' pane on
the left hand side of the screen.
What is a bookmark in this context? It's a sort of dynamic
and ever-present table of contents which can skip you instantly to
any part of the document. The bookmarks pane will show you
all the subsections of the Report, such as the date of the session,
or the item of business being discussed. All you need do is
click on the title in the pane on the left and you'll be taken to
the section you require.
The bookmarks pane should be clearly visible from the moment you
download and open the document. If for some reason it's not
showing, try pressing the button F4 to enable this feature of the
Adobe Reader.
Once you have found what you are looking for, you can always
press F4 again to hide the bookmarks and maximise the screen for
viewing the text.
