3D Coaching - Information & Survey
Information on 3D Coaching:
In response to the publication of Claire Pedrick and Su Blanch's
book: How to Make Great Appointments in the
Church - Calling, Competence and Chemistry, in July
2011, they are running a survey to find out
about people's experiences of the process. They would
particularly like to hear from those who have been interviewed
or met churches about jobs during the last 3 years, or gone
for regional or national posts.
Whatever your tradition, and whether or not you got the job,
they would love some feedback on your experience as it will help
inform good practice in the future.
