The Archbishops' Council has published the full text of its submission to the Ministry of Justice consultation on whether the law should be changed to allow Humanists and any other non-religious belief organisations to conduct legally valid marriage ceremonies.
The summary of written responses to the consultation and Government response were published on 18 December 2014.
