A new resource aimed at keeping climate change issues at the front of people's minds has been published by the Church of England.

The 2025 Environment Days and Key Events Calendar features key days, weeks and months which are associated with the environment, climate change awareness, and reaching net zero carbon.

It is hoped the calendar will help parishes and dioceses to raise awareness about climate change, as well as with event and campaign planning to boost support for local eco projects. It can be downloaded as a PDF with links to more information about the events featured or direct to Google calendars via a QR code.

The Church of England’s Environment Programme exists to enable the whole Church to address the climate crisis - in faith, practice and mission. This includes tackling our own carbon emissions, as well as engaging in wider environmental work.
