Three women chat at an event
“The Clergy Transitions Service (CTS) made a difference, just to have the external support in the complicated process of finding my first incumbency.  The CTS were available to advise and support when I needed them.  It was such a help to talk over how interviews feel.  They helped me put down my preconceptions and be far more relaxed on the interview day.  I heartily recommend them."

“I am so grateful that this service has been relaunched. I benefited from the highly-personal and warm approach from the team. I was delighted to be given lots of space to ask questions and receive advice, and I believe it was a significant part of the process in securing the right next role for me."
