Residential properties on the Hyde Park Estate

The property benefits from communal gardens and seating facility for recreational enjoyment of the landscaped area. The residents have use of four lifts. It should be noted that under the terms of the leases all floors of the demised premises (except any kitchen, bathroom and toilet) should be covered with close fitting carpet and underfelt or other form of  underlay of good quality. As part of the Green Estate project, a greenhouse has been installed within the communal gardens.
