  • Thinking Theologically about Strategy | Tuesday 20 September, 2 - 3pm
Has strategy eaten theology for breakfast?  Exploring the place of strategy in the life of the church? Vision is a word with deep roots into Scripture and tradition; strategy, on the other hand, is more of a newcomer. How do we think theologically about strategy? This webinar will explore what is meant by strategy in a Christian context and how different churches and traditions have gone about the task of discernment of priorities in ways that shape their life together under God. This is the first webinar in a series of conversations around the Church of England’s vision for the 2020s in relation to broader theological frameworks and perspectives.

Contributors include: Emma Ineson, Bishop to the Archbishops of Canterbury and York; Leah Vesay-Saunders, Vicar of Lancaster Priory; Neil Kennett-Brown, NHS Borough Director; Guli Francis-Dehqani, Bishop of Chelmsford
