Clergy Discipline Appeal Rules | The Church of England

The Clergy Discipline Appeal Rules (contained in Statutory Instrument number SI 2005/3201), governing appeal proceedings under the Clergy Discipline Measure 2003, came into force on 1st January 2006 and have been amended since then. The complete Rules as amended are available below.
