Providing rest and comfort on a journey

Revd Canon Jonathan Baldwin, an Anglican chaplain at London Gatwick Airport, talks about the role the chaplaincy plays in a place that sees thousands pass through it each day.

Much of his time is spent with staff and comforting members of the public who need help. He sees his role as having the opportunity to get alongside people when they may be vulnerable or anxious so that they can continue on their journey safely.
