Complaints about data protection

At the National Church Institutions (NCIs), we aim to comply with data protection law and treat all personal data fairly, transparently, lawfully, and securely. Sometimes, we know we won’t get things right, and when that happens, we want the chance to put things right for the people involved.

This policy sets out how the NCIs handle complaints relating to the processing of personal data, ensuring compliance with UK data protection law and ICO guidance.
