My name is Fr Angela Rayner. I discerned my vocation to the priesthood in south London, and served my curacy in King's Lynn in the Diocese of Norwich. It is now my privilege to serve as Vicar of two vibrant, diverse churches in Tooting in the Diocese of Southwark.

I am interested in people's journeys, and walking alongside anybody who is seeking to discern God's will for their life. As a mentor, I'd love to hear from anybody willing to explore openly and converse deeply. I believe everybody's life can be transformed with patience, trust and time, and I would commit to carefully listening and speaking with you.

Some people seek a mentor whilst in the discernment process, and others whilst at college, or during curacy; I'd be happy to hear from people at any stage. I am keen to ensure that strong and transparent support systems are in place for all who explore and discern vocations within the Church of England.

I'm an Anglo-Catholic, but have worshiped with charismatic evangelicals, as well as in rural churches and Cathedrals, and happily converse across different traditions.

I frequently hear from women in the Catholic tradition of the Church of England who are exploring vocation. Sometimes it helps to have a mentor with whom it is "safe" to share one's experiences of life. To that end, I also seek to be a faithful, compassionate and informed listener to those who are LGBT and those on the autistic spectrum.

In my spare time, I enjoy running, unicycling, reading, learning Spanish, travelling and relaxing with friends.
