My name is Fr Angela Rayner. I discerned my vocation to the priesthood in a vibrant, ethnically diverse church in south London, and am currently serving a curacy in King's Lynn in the Diocese of Norwich.

I am interested in people's journeys, and walking alongside anybody who is seeking to discern God's will for their life. As a mentor, I'd love to hear from anybody willing to explore openly and converse deeply. I believe everybody's life can be transformed with patience, trust and time, and I would commit to carefully listening and speaking with you. Some people seek a mentor whilst in the discernment process, and others whilst at college, or during curacy; I'd be happy to hear from people at any stage. I am keen to ensure strong and transparent support systems are in place for all who pursue a vocation within the Church of England.

I'm an Anglo-Catholic, but have worshiped with charismatic evangelicals, as well as in rural churches and Cathedrals, and happily converse across different traditions.

I frequently hear from women in the Catholic tradition of the Church of England who are exploring vocation. Sometimes it helps to have a mentor with whom it is "safe" to share one's experiences of life. To that end, I seek to be a faithful, compassionate and informed listener to those who are LGBT and those on the autistic spectrum.

In my spare time, I enjoy running, unicycling, reading, opera, travelling and relaxing with friends.
