I'm a Chaplain at HMP Winchester and help in local parish where my wife is Priest in Charge, preaching and running youth group.

I'm from a non-academic background, and trained at Trinity College Bristol after coming to faith and ordination later in life.

Before that I served in the Army for 12 years as a Physical Training Instructor, I ran corporate events for a while and worked in the offshore finance industry, as well as lots of life struggles and challenges.

Having run a youth group and young adults groups at a previous church, I feel called to support young men who are up against it. Indeed being mentored myself is one of the main reasons I am where I am now.

I'm so looking forward to tandem riding from Lands End to John O’Groats with my wife.

I help facilitate Restorative Justice in my spare time.

Oh, and I have a purple camper van!
