The Committee replaced the Mission and Pastoral Committee, and the Church Buildings (Uses and Disposals) Committee on 1st January 2019. It is chaired by the Third Church Estates Commissioner, and a full list of its current membership can be found below. The Committee's scope and Terms of Reference are still being finalised, and will be posted in the Documents section below as soon as they are available.

In Private Session
The North-Chapel Parishes etc (Diocese of Lincoln) - the Committee decided that the Scheme should proceed, not withstanding the representations against it.
Ramsgate (Diocese of Canterbury) - the Committee decided that the Scheme should proceed, not withstanding the representations against it.
Bethnal Green (Diocese of London). Glebe determination case. The papers are here. The Committee determined that the flat was not glebe, and was therefore part of the parsonage.
In Public Session
Proposals affecting eight benefices in the Isle of Wight (West Wight) (Diocese of Portsmouth) - the Committee decided that the Scheme should proceed, not withstanding the representations against it.
