Church Workers Pensions Fund

The Church Workers Pension Fund is for non-ordained church staff. It has three sections. You may be a member of more than one section.

Pension Builder 2014 (PB 2014)

PB 2014 is a cash balance scheme. We set you up with your own account and your employer pays contributions into this. They may also ask you to pay.

Anything you pay is taken from your pay before tax. For example, if you are a 20% tax payer and your employer asks you to pay 4% of your pay, your pay will reduce by 3.2%.

We guarantee that your account will not go down. We hold your contributions for you and aim to add a bonus each year.

You can find out everything you need to know about your pension in our Members' Guide below.
