The Housing Bulletin is published every two months or so. It contains details of all of our available retirement housing, including community living and rental. Each listing contains important information that may aid your decision when choosing your retirement home, such as the current rent, council tax banding and when it will be ready for occupancy.

The housing bulletin is the only way to reserve a rental property with us. We encourage you to look carefully at what is on offer and express an interest in any property that might be suitable for you. You may express an interest in up to three properties, ranked in order of preference. In addition, you are welcome to enquire about the availability of any of our Community Living Schemes.

We are continuously building up a library of housing options from alternative providers. Our Housing Officers will introduce them to you, and you can also browse the current version of the Housing Options booklet here.  This may be of particular use if you are looking at retiring to a specific area or have other needs that cannot be met through our portfolio of available properties.
