The Church Commissioners for England own around 1,700 freehold interests on the Hyde Park Estate. The following gives a brief description of some of the freehold properties owned by the Church Commissioners.

Bathurst Street

Numbers 1, 2, 5, 10, 12 and 14 Bathurst Street. These are mid-terrace properties built approximately in the 1880s as a single residential building. Subsequently these have been converted into smaller residential and a few commercial units (in respect of numbers 2 and 12).

45/46 Connaught Square

This is a mid-end of terrace property built around the 1830s. The building was converted in the 1850s to provide smaller residential units over basement, ground and four upper floors.
