The Next Steps Group reviewed plans for the discernment to decision-making process, with particular focus on how the findings of the ‘Listening to the Whole Church’ exercise would best be shared and reflected upon with interested groups after the summer.

Consideration was given to the role of the Reference Group in future discussions of Living in Love and Faith during 2022 and it was agreed that a paper with options should be put forward to the House of Bishops.

Recommendations had been received for making the Living in Love and Faith Resources even more accessible. The Group agreed that enhancements would be welcome and approved the proposal to make some recommended changes.

The Next Steps Group welcomed the opportunity to meet in person during General Synod and discussed how to use the time wisely and with prayer.
