Hove Bishop Hannington Memorial Church (Diocese of Chichester) recently completed a project of upgrading their lighting infrastructure. As a modern church, this building has always had electrical lighting, but a lack of change for decades meant that it was inefficient and unable to provide enough brightness. While the tungsten-bulb lights themselves needed to be removed, it was also important that the holistic character of the church interior was respected.

Upgrading to a new, more efficient lighting system has meant reduced electricity use, so Bishop Hannington Memorial Church has benefitted from lower energy bills.
