For any queries relating to completing the application, it is best to speak first to the Diocesan contact for this grant-funding scheme. The nominated contact for each Diocese is shown in the list below.
Completed applications should be submitted to your Diocesan contact. If no contact is shown, you may submit to the Disability Project team. In such cases, we will notify the Diocese of your application.
