Applications will be accepted to the Parish Accessibility Fund for six weeks prior to a grants panel, until the maximum number of applications have been received for that panel. This period is called the "application window".
You may contact your Diocesan Officer in Charge as listed below, or contact the Disability Project team directly, to check whether the application window is open for the next Grants Panel.
We will update this page with details of whether the application window is open for the next Large Grants and Small Grants panels.
Update 23/09/26:
- The Large Grants application window for the January panel will open at 9am on 8th December.
- Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- Ensure you complete all fields as stated on the form, including given the name and email address of the PCC chair. and supply all documentation as described at the foot of the form.
- "Mandatory" means that if you do not supply this document, your application will not be accepted.
- Architects' sketches without required dimensions shown will also cause an application to be not accepted at time of submission.
- Applications that pass this pre-vetting stage will be accepted on a rolling basis until the capacity of the Grants Panel is reached.
- No waiting list will be held for future grants panels.
- The Small Grants applications window for the October panel is open. It is currently scheduled to close at 5pm on 22nd October.

For any queries relating to completing the application, it is best to speak first to the Diocesan contact for this grant-funding scheme. The nominated contact for each Diocese is shown in the list below.
Completed applications should be submitted to your Diocesan contact, who will liaise with and submit directly to the Disability Project team. If no contact is shown, you may submit to the Disability Project team. In such cases, we will notify the Diocese of your application.
