Stroudwater Team consists of 15 parishes spread across an extensive area bounded by the Cotswold escarpment to the east, with the village of Selsley being on the eastern extremity and Arlingham in the west, which is enclosed by a loop of the River Severn.

We are developing our vision of connecting, caring and celebrating. with a growing team of lay leaders who are focussed on our three mission priorities of outreach and discipleship, life events and children and families.

We have opportunities for pioneering new ways of being church through connecting with Sportily and our waterways chaplaincy. There is a wide range of opportunities to lead worship in a variety of styles – traditional, charismatic, school based, care homes, & community based.

The Team Rector is passionate about multi-parish ministry and the opportunities it offers. She is keen to encourage this type of ministry and is committed to being an encouraging and empowering training incumbent. She wants invest in the future of ministry in these settings by offering a curacy offering a wide range of opportunities which enable the curate to continue growing in their vocation.
