Proposals affecting the Benefices of Atlantic Coast Cluster; Kenwyn with Saint Allen; Saint Clement; Saint Kea; and Saint John, Truro in the Diocese of Truro

The draft Pastoral Scheme provides for the detached part of the parish of Kenwyn with Saint Allen to be transferred to the parish of Mount Hawke with Mithian in the Atlantic Coast Cluster; the dissolution of benefice and parish of Kenwyn with Saint Allen; the creation of two new parishes (one temporary); the creation of new benefice and associated matters; the union of the benefices of Saint Kea and Saint John, Truro to form the benefice of Trinity Church Truro and its area to comprise a new parish of the same name (created via the union of the parishes of Saint Kea, Saint John, Truro and the newly created parish of Kenwyn); the establishment of a team ministry for the new benefice of Trinity Church Truro; and the transfer of parsonage houses of Saint Kenwyn with Saint Allen; and Saint John Truro for diocesan purposes. 

Anyone may make representations (formal comments) for or against the draft Scheme.
