Parish reorganisation and Closed Churches Representation Cases

The cases listed on this page are those for which the consultation period has closed, but where formal objections (representations against the proposal) were received by the Church Commissioners. Unless the objections are withdrawn, they will be considered by our Mission, Pastoral & Church Property Committee.

All correspondence received by the Commissioners will be treated as public correspondence.

The committee which may consider these cases is the Mission, Pastoral & Church Property Committee. You can find out more about its membership and how it carries out its functions on the Committee page.

If you would like to know about cases where the consultation period is still open, please look at our Consultation on Proposals pages

All the details for a particular case can be found on the relevant case page. This will include details of any committee meeting and any documents that may be publicly available. If you have any queries about a particular case, please use the form on the page for that case.
