Below are a few examples of key policies your Church should have:

• Safeguarding 
• If a PCC has reserves, it will need a Reserves policy (considered mandatory by the Charity Commission).
• Conflict of interest policy 
• Complaints policy 
• Privacy/UK GDPR policies 
• If a PCC is an employer then they will need to have the appropriate HR policies in place. 
• Internal financial controls including expenses.
