The Paris Aligned Asset Owners initiative, an international group of asset owners committed to supporting the goal of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 or sooner, has published its first Progress Report showcasing the steps asset owners are taking to reach their net-zero goals.

The Church of England Pensions Board submitted a response to the consultation for the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB)’s Exposure Draft IFRS S1 General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information.

The Church Commissioners for England, which manages a £10.1 billion endowment fund to provide long-term financial support for the mission and ministry of the Church of England, has raised £550 million, made up of a £250 million Sustainability Bond with a 10-year maturity and a £300 million conventional bond with a 30-year maturity.
