The House of Bishops met via Zoom this afternoon and continued to review advice to clergy on the Church’s efforts to limit the spread of the coronavirus, to protect the vulnerable and health services.

The Church Commissioners for England has published its 2022 Stewardship Report which articulates a revised responsible investment strategy focussed on three key systemic risks.

The House of Bishops today discussed a range of issues around Coronavirus (COVID-19) and approved further advice on funerals, the celebration of Holy Communion and ordinations. 

Canon Winfield was ordained deacon in 1989 and priest in 1994. She has worked in parish and cathedral ministry, university and military chaplaincy, ecumenical and Anglican Communion relations, and humanitarian diplomacy, representing the Anglican Communion at the United Nations.
