NEWS / The Church Commissioners for England have announced their latest financial results with the publication of their annual report.

The Church of England Pensions Board ("the Board") has today published its full Annual Report and Accounts for 2015.

The Church Commissioners for England, which manages a £10.1 billion endowment fund to provide long-term financial support for the mission and ministry of the Church of England, has raised £550 million, made up of a £250 million Sustainability Bond with a 10-year maturity and a £300 million conventional bond with a 30-year maturity.

Institutional investors with more than $10tn of combined assets under management are supporting a shareholder proposal urging ExxonMobil to improve its disclosure of the impact of climate change policies on its business, despite Exxon's board recommending a vote against.
