Church of England Bishops have joined an NHS backed campaign calling on congregations, communities and individuals to play their part in encouraging everyone who is offered a Covid-19 vaccine to take up the opportunity, and to have access to accurate information.

A Church of England hospital Chaplain has led a campaign which has identified more than 1,000 people over 80 to be vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccine.

Vaccines began to be administered in Lichfield Cathedral today, the first cathedral in England to host a public vaccination clinic.
