Safeguarding data has been published today taken from annual safeguarding returns, collected by dioceses in 2018 and sent to the National Safeguarding Team.

Diocesan Safeguarding Systems Together is an opportunity to reduce the administrative burden for parish volunteers and diocesan staff, whilst promoting a safer environment and culture across the Church of England.

The General Synod today gave final approval to a package of proposals intended to take further the process of making the Church a safer place for children and vulnerable adults.
