Mixed Ecology Digital Learning Pathway

16/09/2020

It’s designed for participants who feel called to engage in a traditional and pioneer approach and want to develop this further, exploring the relationship between the two. It is also designed to support participants who are in an oversight role who want to actively enable a mixed ecology, of which others are part of developing. It will help participants to explore the theology and practice of the mixed ecology, how to inhabit innovation, the pioneer charism, pioneer practices and qualities, how to be an effective enabler of others as well as how to implement this within their role and practically on the ground.

Learning will be through a pre-listen podcast/transcript, reading materials and online teaching and discussion. Please send this through your networks to anyone who you think would like to find out more. Interested participants should email [email protected] requesting ‘Mixed Ecology Learning Pathway’ and we can add to you our expression of interest list.
