What is my Unique Reference Number and where can I find it?

Your Unique Reference Number, also known as your Unique ID, is a five digit number which is allocated to you when you start on the payroll. It is unique to you and will not change when you move to a new appointment.
You can find your Unique Reference Number on your pay statement, two thirds of the way up the page on the right-hand side.

The e-mail which contains the temporary password may appear in your spam folder and not in your main inbox. Please note passwords can take approximately 1 hour to arrive in your inbox.

MyView Help and Support

If you have any issues while using MyView, or any questions then please email

Please include as much detail as possible in your email enquiry, for example:

  • Your unique ID (5 digits)
  • The text of any error messages you receive.
  • The data, and format in which you entered it, if your enquiry relates to resetting your password (i.e.: Your Unique ID, Your Date of Birth, and your NI number, exactly how you entered it in the MyView reset account screen).

Please do not email the clergy.payments email address as this will significantly delay a response to your enquiry.
