The draft Scheme provides for the proposed union of the benefice of Hamble le Rice and the benefice of Hound, for the selection of the first incumbent and for his/her parsonage house to be that of the benefice of Hamble le Rice, for the transfer of the parsonage house of the benefice of Hound to the Winchester Diocesan Board of Finance for diocesan purposes and for the patronage for the new benefice.
