Proposals affecting the church of Saint Michael, Lowther in the diocese of Carlisle

The draft Scheme provides for the proposed closure for regular public worship of the church of Saint Michael and appropriation to monument, cultural and community uses.

Anyone may make representations (formal comments) for or against the draft Scheme. 

This consultation closes on Monday 15th April 2024.

 

In order to be considered by the Commissioners, comments must be submitted in writing, either by post or electronically. You can do this in one of two ways:

Any representations must be received not later than Monday 15th April 2024. Any representation should include your reasons for your comments.
