The draft Scheme provides for the proposed transfer of part of the churchyard of the parish church of St Luke, Tiptree to the Chelmsford Diocesan Board of Finance for sale to Essex County Council for use as a bus stop and for the application of the net sale proceeds for ecclesiastical purposes of the parish.
Anyone may make representations (formal comments) for or against the draft Scheme.
This consultation closes on Monday 17th June 2024.
