Adjusting a church building to regular floods

Having flooded half a dozen times already this century, St Denys (Diocese of Worcester) has been forced to accept the unfortunate reality that as a result of climate change, there is now an inevitability to regular flooding in the area. They have, therefore, adjusted practices, fittings and planning in response. Despite the conscientious changes, there remain issues for the church going forward, most notable among which is the continued reliance on a group of volunteers to enact plans. While there is no problem for the moment, concerns exist around consistently getting enough locals signed up in the future.
