Here you will find a wide variety of resources, guidance and inspiration for encouraging giving to your church and for growing generosity within your church.
If you want to learn how to increase giving to your church, then please look at the ‘enabling giving’ sections. There are four areas we need to focus on, and they helpfully form the acronym MINT. If you have these things in place, you have created the best environment for people to give.
Growing a generous culture is essential to having a sustainable ministry, so please also explore the ‘encouraging generosity’ section. There are also four things you need to get right to encourage generosity within your church and they helpfully form the acronym IDEA:
Giving and Generosity Resources
This Harvest we are launching Generosity Week to give us the time and space to reflect on God’s Generosity and celebrate God’s generosity within our church’s ministry and mission. We invite you to explore God's generosity through eight days of service and worship materials, as well as stories from our churches of God's generosity in action.
Generosity Learning Hub
The Generosity Learning Hub is here to provide resources, guidance and inspiration so that you have all you need to feel confident teaching and preaching generous giving in our churches. The Learning Hub brings together a wide variety of resources, from all traditions, for all settings.
A Fika is a half day programme, for small groups to explore God's generosity to us, biblical generosity and generosity around the world. Through short films, reflections and discussion we can be inspired and encouraged to live more generous lives. Fikas can be an enormously effective way of developing a generous culture within your church.
